Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions.
Work on Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time/Permanent staffing requirements.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and required skill sets.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Use effective Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, availability, work authorization, and job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates communication skills and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability for the required start dates.




Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified US Non-IT professionals.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Preferred candidate profile
1–3 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Valuable understanding of US staffing processes and employment types such as Contract, C2H, and Full-Time.
Familiarity with US work authorization categories is preferred.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and recruitment databases.
Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
