Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, provide guidance to team members, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure the applications remain competitive and productive.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration.
Strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems.
Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SAP settings.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
