Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical materials, components, HT & LT panels, electrical control panels, and related equipment
Prepare and execute purchase plans based on production schedules, project requirements, and inventory levels
Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard recent vendors to ensure a reliable and competitive supplier base
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings and improve procurement efficiency
Generate purchase orders and manage procurement activities through SAP
Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, delivery, and service levels
Prepare and maintain Purchase MIS reports, procurement dashboards, cost analyses, and monthly management reports




Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Stores, QA, and Finance departments for seamless procurement operations
Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
Conduct market research to identify recent products, suppliers, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards
Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships.
