All the mould correction or breakdown work need to be inspected at Tool makers end before lifting the mould.




Always make sure the mould should run effectively & there should not be repetitive problems.
Root cause analysis of any problem & effective maintenance of moulds.
Cycle time reduction & cost saving at least 1mould in a month without affecting the product quality.
Monthly breakdown analysis, maintenance expenses mould wise need to be submitted to Dept. Head.
Current Tool maker/Molder/Polisher needs to develop for better maintenance work & cost effective molding.
Cost saving in mould maintenance need to be monitor with proof & submit month wise.
