Role Overview
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technicaltraining sessions, mentoring learners,and helping them build robust foundations in programming, Data Structures, Algorithms,and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions inprogramming and web technologies
Teach Data Structures and Algorithms withproblem-solving approaches
Provide hands-on coding practice and projectguidance
Train learners in full-stack development toolsand frameworks
Conduct assessments, assignments, and mockinterviews
Mentor students for placement readiness andcareer development

Required Technical Skills
Programming: C, C++, Java, Python
Concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, ProblemSolving
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Bootstrap, React.js
Library/Framework: Node.js, Express.js
Database: MySQL, MongoDB

Candidate Requirements
Engineering graduates preferred (BE/BTech/MCA orrelated field)
1.5+ years of experience in training, mentoring,or software development
Solid communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and guiding learners.
