Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs. Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situation (Major incidents / Application outage) Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).

Experience with web services.
