Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems. This role requires a solid software engineering foundation combined with hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions.

Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using up-to-date AI frameworks.

Build multi-step AI workflows and autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and decision-making.

Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

Develop AI orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain or similar platforms.

Implement memory management, conversation management,



and agent collaboration patterns.

Create AI systems that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools.

Build scalable backend services using Python.

Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.

Develop asynchronous and high-performance services.

Create integration services connecting AI models with enterprise applications.

Ensure production readiness including logging, monitoring, observability, and security.

Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS Python, FastAPI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Vector Databases, Azure AI Search, AI Agents, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AI Foundry Skills Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python, LLMs
