Role & responsibilities
Evaluating a clients nutritional needs
Providing nutritional counselling and advice to clients.
Creating a clinical nutrition treatment plan for a client using dashboard and software
Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
Following up with the client as per their requested day and time
Should be able to communicate scientific terms in an understandable way to all patients.
Should be confident and show empathy where ever required during the consultation.
Should have valuable listening skills
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive setting.
Make 100 -150 call attempts and complete 20 calls a day

Preferred candidate profile
Masters in Nutrition or Dietetics
Minimum 1 year of hospital or Digital Healthcare experience
Excellent English fluency along with any 2 languages apart from English(Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati/Bengali/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam/

Kannada/Punjabi)
