The Operations Executive will support smooth day-to-day franchise operations through effective coordination, communication, dispatch follow-up, documentation, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities: Franchise Coordination Coordinate daily communication and follow-ups with franchise partners.

Issue Support

Handle routine franchise queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Brand and Process Compliance Support franchisees in following MAA Education’s guidelines, processes, and operational standards. Dispatch and Inventory Coordination Coordinate the dispatch of books, kits, certificates, and other materials while maintaining basic inventory and dispatch records.

Documentation and Reporting Maintain and regularly update franchise records, operational trackers, reports, and other required documentation. Task Follow-up and Closure Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
