Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain CNC/VMC machines for effective production.
Develop and implement programming techniques to enhance machine performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve technical issues.
Conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during production.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC/VMC operations or related fields.
Solid knowledge of programming languages and software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
