This is an HR Generalist role wherein, you will be an integral part of our People Function team, responsible for assisting in various human resources functions and initiatives. This role offers a unique chance for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop a solid foundation in HR practices.

Roles And Responsibilities
Participate and drive creative employee engagement initiatives by coordinating with other team members.
Coordinate pre-onboarding schedules, induction sessions, arrange meetings with leadership, address queries, and distribute joining formalities documents, emails, etc.
Issuance of letters and Filing of all documents.
Communication : manage internal posts around company announcements, new joiners, festivals etc.
Handle leave management across all departments.
Assist in employee coordination for all internal initiatives




Maintaining internal data and share reports whenever required.

Valuable To Have Preparing 2D creatives, Video editing, Social media management

Educational Qualification Business Graduate with MBA (preferred). Location: Work from Office - Hyderabad
