Network Engineer

Location: Byculla East, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, server setup, troubleshooting, system security, and user support.

Key Responsibilities
Install and configure software and hardware (servers, printers, workstations, etc.)
Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
Create and implement network policies
Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Configure and maintain servers
Install and manage antivirus and system security
Diagnose and resolve network and server issues
Perform regular network maintenance and backups
Provide technical support to employees
Train staff on recent systems and IT processes
Monitor daily network performance and usage
Maintain IT asset inventory and user records




Recommend and implement IT infrastructure improvements
Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards
Coordinate and supervise helpdesk activities

Requirements
4–5 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or System Administrator
Hands-on experience with server installation and configuration
Robust knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall)
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification
Graduation in any discipline
Degree/Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
