Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAM support.
Agreement understanding, Entitlement gathering, data validation, discovery monitoring, reporting, compliance monitoring, gap analysis, and reclaim process.
Ensure coordination with stakeholders to gather data and ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of data in the tool. Able to analyze major publishers license rules and optimize them.
Experience handling Tier-1 vendors for license management (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, etc- At least 2 vendors)
Experience in most of license metrices – Cores, Proc, Server based, Device based, Concurrent etc and able to analyze the license consumption for various publishers.
Review the ELA and maintain OEM privilege portal to validate entitlements.
Should have detailed understanding on SAM attributes. Notify application owners for change in license metric/ renewals, reclaim.
Licensing knowledge of key publishers
Able to perform day to day SAM activities and ensure deliverables.
Knowledge of ServiceNow is mandatory and SCCM is recommended.
Shift time is applicable for this role.
