Job Title: Operations Executive (F&B;)

Location: Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive (F&B;) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality property. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hotel and F&B; operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, operational efficiency, service excellence, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel and F&B; operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Procurement, Stores, HR, and Finance for effective operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory, stock, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.




Prepare operational reports and MIS while maintaining accurate documentation.
Support staff scheduling, operational planning, and process improvements.
Conduct routine operational inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, or F&B; Operations.
Solid knowledge of hospitality operations, interdepartmental coordination, and guest service.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and be based in Igatpuri, Nashik.
