Assistant Manager/Manager Sales | Barcode, RFID & AIDC Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager Sales to drive business for Barcode, RFID, and AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture) Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in solution selling of barcode scanners, barcode printers, RFID hardware, industrial automation, and related software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Barcode, RFID & AIDC hardware and software solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and implementation.
Build robust customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Support customers during solution implementation and post-sales activities.
Stay updated with market trends,



competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related discipline.
6+ years of experience in Solution Sales/Technical Sales within Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Industrial Automation, or Auto-ID industry.
Solid knowledge of Barcode Scanners, Barcode Printers, RFID Readers, RFID Tags, Mobile Computers, Label Printing Solutions, and AIDC technologies.
Experience in ERP/WMS integration is preferred.
Exposure to Machine Vision, IoT, or Industrial Automation solutions is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.
