Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, operating systems, antivirus solutions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and network devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, application software, antivirus, drivers, and security patches.
Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and virus-related issues.
Install and configure printers and scanners on user machines.
Provide technical support to end users and resolve daily IT incidents.
Manage server/client OS updates, security patches, and antivirus updates.
Maintain biometric attendance systems.
Implement and maintain Information Security (InfoSec) policies.
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of IT assets.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure system availability.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
Government-certified course in Computer Hardware Maintenance.
CCNA Certification from an authorized institute.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Support/Infrastructure Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
