Job Title : Data Analyst (3rd Party Payroll)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Generate periodic MIS reports and ad-hoc analyses as per business requirements.

Database Management & Querying
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases.
Create automated data pipelines for recurring reporting needs.

Excel & Data Management
Build and maintain complex Excel models with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros/VBA).




Create templates and trackers for operational KPIs and business metrics.

Automation & App Development
Design and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
Build lightweight business applications using Power Apps for data collection, tracking, and operational use cases.
Identify and implement prospects to automate repetitive tasks across the team.

Experience: 12 years in a data analytics, MIS, or business intelligence role
