Salary Range : 35,000-40,000 per month Key responsibilities : Work on new and emerging ventures beyond core business operations.

Conceptualize, plan, and execute business ideas from 0 to 1 with a solid focus on scalability and impact

Conduct in-depth market research, including analysis of vendors, product lines, and business segments to identify opportunities

Build structured execution roadmaps and drive end-to-end project implementation across functions

Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and recent business lines

Interact with customers, vendors,



and internal teams to gain on-ground insights and ensure seamless coordination

Take ownership of projects, build processes from scratch, and ensure timely execution Requirements : 1 year of experience in a startup environment or Founder’s Office role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on execution mindset

Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environments

Smart, articulate, and confident communicator with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
