Role & responsibilities The Parent Partnership Officer will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between the school, parents, and families. The role involves ensuring effective communication, enhancing parent engagement, and supporting a positive experience for our parent community.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding school-related queries and concerns.
Communicate school policies, events, activities, and significant updates to parents.
Support parents in understanding school procedures, expectations, and available support systems.
Organise and coordinate parent meetings, workshops, orientations, and engagement activities.
Collect parent feedback and coordinate with teachers, counsellors, coordinators, and school leadership for necessary actions.
Support resolution of parent concerns and ensure skilled communication.
Encourage greater parent involvement in their childs learning journey and school activities.
Maintain records of parent interactions, feedback, and concerns.





The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with parents, teachers, and school staff.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a Parent -focused, empathetic, and positive approach.
Good organizational and coordination abilities, with the capability to manage multiple parent engagement activities and maintain accurate records.
Skilled in handling parent queries and concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using school management systems and digital communication platforms.
