We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution design and implementation.
Work on Core HR, Absence, Talent, ORC, Help Desk, Compensation, and Security modules.
Design and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
Develop reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Manage Oracle quarterly release assessments and testing.
Configure security roles, data roles, security profiles, and AORs.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HCM transformation initiatives.
