Hiring for BIG 4 - Technical Support Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Manage system configuration, workflows, and change requests on the AssignmentPro platform.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.
Perform functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with technology teams and vendors for issue resolution and platform enhancements.
Ensure data integrity, platform governance, compliance, and access management.
Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support process improvements.
