Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and checks to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
Develop and implement effective quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and packaging materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop corrective actions plans.
Ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Valuable Hygiene Practices (GHP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO implementation, FSSI certification requirements.
Provide training on hygiene practices to employees at all levels within the organization.
