We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the organization's daily operations, administration, procurement, facilities, and IT functions while ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and improve business processes.
Manage administration, facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Supervise IT infrastructure, business systems, and company assets.
Monitor budgets, compliance, and operational performance.
Coordinate with departments to achieve business objectives.
Lead and develop the operations team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field.
6+ years of relevant operations management experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
