Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans in Computer Science for the higher secondary level.
Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including exams, projects, and presentations.
Implement contemporary teaching methodologies and tools, ensuring students are well-versed in current technology and industry standards.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in Computer Science and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.
Hold regular communication with parents regarding student performance and departmental activities.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops,
and continuous career development prospects.
Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
Strong understanding of computer programming languages and tools.
Proven ability to teach complex concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a recognized institution, preferably at the higher secondary level.
Experience in educational technology integration in the classroom.
Familiarity with current educational trends and methodologies related to Computer Science.
