Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the freight forwarding department in Calicut, Kerala.
Coordinate closely with the Saudi-based partner company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Oversee the shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking processes.
Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and targets.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
Candidates from Calicut, Kerala, or willing to relocate are preferred.
