Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert who can independently strategize, execute, and scale high-performing paid search campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Google Ads, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
Build and optimize lead generation and sales funnels for clients across various industries.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
Optimize campaign performance through bid management, A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and landing page recommendations.
Monitor campaign budgets, improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.
Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.




Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, AI-driven campaign features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing medium to high advertising budgets on Google Ads.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.
In-depth understanding of keyword strategy, Quality Score optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a solid advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
