We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager – Accounts & Tax to join our skilled team at our Kochi office. This is an on-site prospect to work closely with our US-based clients and contribute to our continued growth and excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee our financial operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Management, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Compliance.

You will play a key role in leading our finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall accounting, finance, and tax operations.
Manage Accounts Management and Accounts Receivable functions.
Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions and records.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports,



and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the accounts and finance team.
Liaise with US-based clients and stakeholders on financial matters.
Provide insightful reports and recommendations to management.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Management.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
Familiarity with compliance, taxation, and audit processes.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounts/Finance background preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6 years in managerial or operations roles, including 2+ years in a Team Lead position.
