Company Description EAT OTG Food Services is a hospitality company based in Navi Mumbai, focused on creating thoughtful food and dining ventures that fit the realities of modern, on-the-go lifestyles. Its first venture, Manuka, is a dine-in bakery and pizzeria in CBD Belapur, offering fresh breads, focaccia sandwiches, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and house-made desserts to the local community.

Role Description The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and related bakery items, following established recipes and standards at Manuka in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Day-to-day tasks include dough preparation, sauce and topping mise en place, operating and maintaining pizza ovens, and ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.

The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards, and supporting service during peak hours.

Chef will also contribute to menu development,



test new recipes, and ensure a smooth workflow between the kitchen and front-of-house. This is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with experience in pizzas or bakery-style offerings.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Food & Beverage standards, including safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
Ability to prepare and balance Sauces and toppings, maintaining consistent flavor profiles.
Prior experience in a pizzeria, bakery, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
Understanding of kitchen operations, including mise en place, inventory handling, and teamwork during service.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the operation.
Formal culinary training or certification is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience.
