The Parts Manager is responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations, including inventory planning, procurement, stock control, warehouse management, customer support, and parts sales.

Location - Raigarh

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
Ensure optimum stock levels through effective inventory planning and forecasting.
Monitor parts procurement, ordering, and replenishment from OEM/vendors.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
Reduce slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with the Service team to ensure timely parts availability for machine repairs.
Handle parts sales, quotations, invoicing, and dispatch activities.
Monitor warehouse operations and ensure proper storage and preservation of spare parts.
Process warranty and parts-related claims as per company guidelines.
Track department KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, stock accuracy, and parts sales.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Lead, train,



and motivate the Parts team to achieve departmental targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, automobile, or dealership industry.
Experience with ERP/DMS systems and inventory management software.Required Skills
