We looking for an experienced Operational Manager to lead production, process instrumentation, dispatch, and customer support activities while ensuring operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage production activities for Process Instrumentation products (Flow, Level & PLC Automation).
Handle and guide a team of production and service engineers.
Coordinate production testing, quality checks, and timely dispatch of materials.
Manage customer-related technical and operational activities effectively.
Ensure successful execution of supplies to Government and Industrial sectors.
Monitor production planning, resource utilization, and continuous process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
Valuable knowledge of Process Instrumentation (Flow, Level & PLC Automation Products).
Experience in leading and managing a team of Engineers in Production.




Valuable communication skills with experience in handling customer-related activities.
Experience in production testing and dispatch of materials to Government sectors.
Candidates from outside Chennai preferred; candidates from outside South India will be given preference.

QUALIFICATION
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline.
Relevant technical qualification with experience in Process Instrumentation.

EXPERIENCE
5–6 Years Experience (Relevant Field)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
