Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to identify employment opportunities for our students and build strong relationships with employers across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and networking skills and be passionate about helping students begin their careers.

Key Responsibilities
Research the job market to identify suitable job openings for students.
Contact companies and HR professionals to explore hiring requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and recruiters.
Schedule placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
Coordinate with company representatives regarding job requirements and interview processes.
Match student profiles with available job opportunities.
Share job openings with eligible students and ensure timely communication.
Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain records of employer contacts, job vacancies, interviews, and placement outcomes.




Work closely with academic departments to understand student skills and placement requirements.
Achieve monthly placement targets by generating quality job opportunities for students.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with solid communication, marketing, business development, or client relationship skills will have an added advantage.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making calls and meeting employers.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
