About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to drive capability building for teams handling BL/LAP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs for business lending products, sales processes, credit, and operations within the NBFC or BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
Conduct induction and refresher training for sales, credit, operations, and collections teams.
Develop training content, SOPs, process manuals, and assessment modules.
Ensure product, process, and compliance knowledge is effectively imparted across teams.
Identify knowledge gaps through TNI (Training Needs Identification) and implement improvement plans.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and business performance metrics.




Partner with business stakeholders to roll out current products, process changes, and policy updates.
Conduct coaching sessions and field visits to improve productivity and customer experience.
Maintain training MIS, certification records, and learning dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1015 years of experience in Learning & Development or Process Training.
Solid experience in Business Loans / MSME Loans / SME Lending / Unsecured Business Loans.
Prior experience in NBFCs or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
Experience training sales, credit, operations, or collections teams.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable conducting classroom, virtual, and field training programs.
