Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing for web and enterprise applications.
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.
Monitor application, server, and database performance during test execution.
Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Validate application scalability, reliability, and stability under varying workloads.
Ensure applications meet defined performance benchmarks and SLA requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile




37 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
Valuable understanding of Performance Testing methodologies (Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume).
Experience in Web Application and REST API Performance Testing.
Basic knowledge of SQL and performance monitoring tools.
Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Windows/Linux settings.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
