About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Organic Procurement Executive to support the sourcing and procurement of organic raw materials, food products, and packaging materials. The ideal candidate should have solid coordination skills, a basic understanding of procurement processes, and an interest in working with farmers, suppliers, and organic products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing organic raw materials, food products, and packaging materials from approved vendors, suppliers, and FPOs.
Coordinate with farmers, vendors, and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.




Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective procurement through price analysis and negotiations.
Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Work closely with Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments for smooth procurement operations.
Verify procurement documents, invoices, delivery challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning to avoid stock shortages.
Maintain vendor records and support vendor performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and organic certification requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports and update MIS records
