We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master who combines technical expertise with a passion for precision and craftsmanship to help bring our collections to life.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop accurate handbag patterns from design sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
Create, modify, and maintain digital patterns using AutoCAD and Optitex.
Prepare production-ready patterns, grading, and cutting templates.
Work closely with the Design, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure fit, construction, functionality, and manufacturability.
Resolve pattern and construction challenges during sampling and production.
Maintain pattern libraries, technical specifications, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvements in pattern accuracy, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.





You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have
8–12 years of experience as a Pattern Master in luxury handbags, leather goods, or premium accessories.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Optitex.
Excellent understanding of handbag construction, materials, stitching techniques, and manufacturing processes.
The ability to translate design concepts into production-ready patterns with exceptional accuracy.
Robust attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality.
Experience working with luxury or premium brands is preferred.
