Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure the smooth management of procurement, inventory, logistics, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership abilities, fluent communication skills, and experience working with aviation parts and electronic components.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Prepare, review, and approve quotations and purchase orders.
Oversee procurement and inventory of aviation parts and electronic components.
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Negotiate with vendors for pricing, delivery schedules, and contracts.
Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech, MBA, B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent).
3–4 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
