We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support our purchasing and supply chain functions. The role requires managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
Create, process, and track purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Source new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure the best value.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory.
Prepare procurement reports and ensure timely updates in the system.
Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices with finance.
Analyze supplier performance and recommend improvements.




Support the procurement team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferred).
Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (1–2 years preferred).
Knowledge of Imports will be a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Should be very valuable with Excel
Strong knowledge of purchase order processes and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
