Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Work across functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
Automate reporting processes, reduce redundancies, and establish a single source of truth.
Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, KPIs, and improvement prospects.
Provide actionable insights through analytics to drive business performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational data management, risk, and governance standards.

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
2+ years in Power Bi dashboard development.

Skills Required:
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal & written).
Expertise in Power BI, SQL, VBA macro, Oracle R&A;, SAP Business Objects, etc.
Robust analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, adapt to changing requirements, and manage complex activities
