Program & Project Management:
Own and drive end-to-end program execution across multiple operational initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones and track progress through Jira.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and engineering.

Business Process Design
Understand operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and finance.
Translate business processes into structured workflows and system requirements.
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable process improvements.

ERP & System Translation:
Convert business process requirements into ERP workflows and system configurations.
Work with product and engineering teams to implement process changes within ERP systems.




Ensure system processes accurately reflect operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, logistics, and technology.
Communicate program status, risks, and progress to leadership.
Facilitate discussions between business teams and technical teams to align on solutions.

Monitoring & Reporting:
Track program metrics and provide periodic status reports.
Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution.
Maintain documentation including process flows, FRDs, and operational playbooks.
