About Us

Rational Business Corporation (DESMAT) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Computer & Office Stationery, Label Stock, Thermal Rolls, Digital Print Media, Photo Paper, Barcode Labels, POS Rolls, and other printing consumables. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase Executive to strengthen our sourcing and vendor management team.

Key Responsibilities
Source raw materials, packaging materials, office supplies, and industrial consumables.
Identify, evaluate, and develop recent vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.




Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.
Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
Maintain robust supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

Requirements
Graduate.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.
Good knowledge of vendor management and sourcing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
