Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic Operator Trainees to join our Production team at our manufacturing facility in Chennai. Candidates should be willing to work in a production setting and learn machine operations while following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines.
Assist in production activities as per daily targets.
Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
Record production details and machine parameters.
Coordinate with supervisors for smooth production.
Support preventive maintenance activities.
Follow ISO/IATF manufacturing standards.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of manufacturing or machine operations.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.




Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and learning mindset.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
