Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing and packing machines with minimum downtime.
Monitor and maintain HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and other utility systems.
Support calibration activities for production and utility instruments.
Assist in equipment qualification activities (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
Maintain engineering logs, maintenance records, and GMP documentation.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Validation departments for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and close engineering-related observations.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and equipment servicing.
Maintain spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering SOPs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
