The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing vehicle-related materials, spare parts, consumables, and services required for automobile operations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability.
Source and procure spare parts, tools, equipment, and consumables for automobile sales and service operations
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost optimization
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries
Coordinate with service, sales, and warehouse teams to understand procurement requirements
Ensure materials meet quality standards and technical specifications
Maintain accurate procurement records,



vendor data, and purchase documentation
Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations
Handle vendor performance evaluation and resolve supply-related issues
