BLUMET TUBES is looking to hire a Production Engineer through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking a proactive and results-driven skilled with experience in production planning, process optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Monitoring
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet business targets.
Coordinate production activities to ensure timely output.
Monitor production performance and optimize resource utilization.
Process Improvement
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency.
Optimize production processes to enhance throughput and product quality.
Quality & Troubleshooting




Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
Safety & Documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
Train machine operators on production procedures and best practices.
Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 2–7 years in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.
Education: Graduation in Engineering or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
