Primary Teacher – Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Create a protected, positive, and inclusive learning setting.
Encourage the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.
Assess students' performance and maintain accurate academic records.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviour.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Organize and participate in school events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school management to achieve academic goals.




Integrate basic technology into classroom teaching whenever appropriate.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Complete assigned academic and administrative responsibilities within deadlines.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (or equivalent qualification).
Solid communication skills in English.
Passion for teaching young learners.
Good classroom management and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
