The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality education while fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

Foster a stimulating and supportive classroom workplace that promotes curiosity and active learning.

Teach core primary subjects, including English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.

Assess and monitor students' academic progress through regular assessments and observations.

Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation.

Encourage critical thinking, creativity,



communication, and problem-solving skills.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.

Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and career development programmes.

Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and school initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

B.Ed. is mandatory.

CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or recognised school is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.
