Role Description This is a full time, in office Project Manager role based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for residential construction, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, managing resources, monitoring material quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and approvals. The role involves resolving issues on-site, maintaining clear communication with customers, and providing regular updates on timelines and costs.

The Project





Manager will be expected to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with Hireandbuild’s stress-free customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify construction quality, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material flow, site deliveries, and resource allocation.
Relevant experience in construction or civil engineering, preferably in residential projects.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic project tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
