Job Summary The Project Coordinator – Interior Design is responsible for coordinating communication between the interior design team, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role supports project planning, scheduling, documentation, procurement coordination, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
Coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with designers, architects, site engineers, contractors,



and vendors.
Ensure smooth communication between the design team and other organizational departments.

Design & Documentation
Support designers in preparing project documentation.
Ensure all project documents are updated and properly filed.
Coordinate approvals for design revisions and material selections.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
