Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the CXO and senior management with business insights, MIS reporting, channel partner analytics, invoice processing, workforce reporting and operational dashboards. The role works closely with Sales, Accounts, HR, IT, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, drive process automation and support strategic decision-making.

Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end channel partner payout calculations and invoice processing in coordination with Business, Accounts, IT, Audit and Channel Partners.
Generate and analyze channel partner performance, payouts, CoA and other key business metrics.
Prepare and manage workforce and performance MIS, including headcount, Graduate Trainee performance, PF pending due to OTC and FDP / PIP reports.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards and actionable insights to support management and business decision-making.
Coordinate DSA invoice processing, payment tracking and resolution of stakeholder queries while ensuring SLA adherence.
Support organizational and Marketing initiatives through employee performance reporting.




Drive automation and digitization of reporting, payout calculations and invoice management processes.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, compliance, audit readiness and timely closure of invoices.

Preferred candidate profile
Masters / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Solid proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MIS reporting, data analytics and dashboard development.
Ability to drive process automation and digitization to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate across multiple internal and external teams.
Robust attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, reconciliation, compliance and process adherence.
Understanding of sales operations, channel partner payouts, incentive management and invoice processing.
