Role Description The Principal Cloud Architect will lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that support Esse India’s consulting and operational services. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves defining cloud architecture standards, overseeing infrastructure design, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable systems. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures, guiding software development efforts, and integrating various applications and services in the cloud setting.

The Principal Cloud

Architect will also review existing systems, recommend improvements, and mentor technical team members on best practices in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Solution Architecture and Architecture design for cloud-based and hybrid settings.

Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure skills, including cloud platforms, networking, security, and system scalability.





Candidates should possess practical experience in Software Development, with the ability to guide engineering teams on implementation aligned with architectural standards.

Candidates should possess expertise in Integration, including APIs, microservices, and data integration across internal and external systems.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.

Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Experience in leading architecture teams or initiatives, and mentoring technical staff on cloud and infrastructure best practices.
